to request a custom design consultation , once we receive your request, we will be
in touch to discuss your order. (kindly refer to size charts in footer).
2 Discussing design design options are given based on your choices and budget.
3 Approval
by both client and designer.
4 Order placement
order is placed upon paying a deposit upfront, that is 100% refundable only if order is canceled before work hasn't been executed yet Minus the transaction fees of payment refund . Otherwise a % will be deducted on the work that has been started.
5 Creation
please allow 1-2 weeks for the production of your personalized piece , it usually takes 1 week but in case of unforeseen circumstances and for gifting purposes.
6 Delivery for local deliveries; it takes up to 3 days after piece is ready to be dispatched , for regional and International shipping; it takes 1 week up to 10 days.
